1. No refund will be given after the request has been processed.

2. There is no refund in the event of refusal or error in the details on the part of the customer.

3. In the event of an error on MuchilerVisa's part – a refund or re-processing will be provided for free.

4. Customers whose application was rejected can reapply at a reduced price.
